French Dressing
From The Vegetarian Cookbook
A little nicer than dressing from a shop. Fine-tune the ingredients to your own taste.
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup sugar
- salt to taste
Mix all together in a large glass bottle. Refrigerate. That's it!
